Teacher Michael Grady

Michael Grady (he, him) began practicing Insight Meditation with Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Salzberg in 1974 when they first returned from Asia. He is a Senior teacher at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre Ma and was a Guiding teacher at the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center for many years. Michael moved to Western Mass several years ago and is currently on the Guiding Teacher Council of Insight Western Ma (IWM). He is profoundly grateful for the teachings of the Buddha and for the many teachers and Sangha members who
have shared with him their many life challenges and their liberating wisdom and compassion as we journey together on this path of awakening and freedom.
